Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment: Web Guy Nick LLC is committed to ensuring that ForgottenWizard.com is accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Web Guy Nick LLC believes that everyone deserves access to information about Nikola Tesla and his extraordinary contributions to humanity — regardless of ability. We are actively working to ensure that ForgottenWizard.com meets or exceeds the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Conformance Status
ForgottenWizard.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, and we are actively working to address all known issues.

4. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to resolve them:
- Interactive Games (Tesla Coil Builder / AC Motor): The HTML5 Canvas-based games have limited screen reader support. We are working to add text-based alternatives and improved ARIA descriptions for game state announcements.
- Lightning Animation Canvas: The full-page lightning effect canvas is marked aria-hidden="true" so it does not interfere with screen readers, but keyboard users may notice it in the tab order on some browsers. We are working to ensure it is fully excluded from keyboard navigation.
- Skip Navigation Link: A visible skip-to-content link is being implemented for keyboard-only users.
5. Third-Party Content
Some content on this Site is provided by third parties (YouTube embeds, Google AdSense advertisements). We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we advocate for accessible design and choose partners who prioritize accessibility.
6. Assistive Technology Compatibility
ForgottenWizard.com is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
